From time to time, wired and geeky ideas pop out of my head …

And FYI, the latest one is WRTING MY BLOG IN ENGLISH …

Mmm,  I’m almost pretty sure it won’t last long anyway … like everthing else in my life …

But it’s better to strat at once and see how long it is going to hold than waiting and daydreaming I’ll got a English-blog from thin air …

Mmm, some update …

Acutally, I was really into bread accessories these day or as always …

Part of the reason is YangLiu bought a bottle of New flavor from LIDL and showed off to me all the time …

As a nerdy and bron-and-raised engineering student, the first thing I do when I try to find an awesome sauce myself is, of course, surfing on the Internet ~

So, I Googled a lot … and finally … I got some feedback really satisfactory …

I would say I no longer have the passion to shoot everything in the supermarket now, compared with the excitment during my first week staying in Sweden …

And, yes, my sauce …

I finally set my foot on the next bread accessory I’m going to lay my hands on … (After my finishing, at a speed a little slower than slow, the Peanut one and butter one in my storage already) …

Which is a famous brand of Ost and Caviar(or shrimp) mix … Kavli … with multipul choice of flavor …

I read several blogs of Taiwanese whose live in Sweden now, they all mentioned the sauce and highly recommended it, together with Yoggi and Lingon, both are famous Swedish products …

I suddenly realized there are a great number of Taiwanese living here … Or it is because they are more interested in writing Blogs? … Or they are enjoying a better life than sticking-to-traditional-Chinese-food people from mainland?

The obnoxious philosophical exam has finally become a past perfect tense …

Well … Having been bathed in that ‘pleasant’ BUSY-TO-HELL period for so long … I don’t know how I really feel when I suddenly have so much free time under their knees begging for my wasting …

Anyway ~

Today, after the competing-who-can-hade-in-the-paper-first exam, and after the pretty satisfactory crazy shopping, I was back on my cooking track again … Yep ~

There has be a while since the last time I really cooking something for myself other than a blender of boiled carrot onion and potato pieces seasoned with sauce …

Actually, I was not unsatisfied with the easily-prepared dishes. It’s fine for me. Healthy and warmed … What else to go for in such those bloody busy and lazy days … I can even eat uncooked carrot for one meal or two and think it’s fine …

It just brings my thought to the discussion with friends these day, and the reached conclusion is:

The era has changed, the real good cooks are no longer gals any more, or at lesat engineering gals studying in some too-occupied-too-nit-picking-about-what-to-eat-for-dinner programme. 

If we didn’t get it wrong, in wireless systems now, we counted all 6 gals, no one is a good cook, (and at the risk of sounding unduly humble), NOT AT ALL …

The best ones are all meat-eater boys … What a groud-breaking new theory though=P ~ *grind*

Mmm, I think thing going a little bit far here … but anyway, yes, today …

After feeding myself with the almost-cooked food for some day, I finally start cooking again …

And surprise, surprise, several at the same time! …

In fact, I’ve prepared to cook something big for a long time … Everytime I got hungry at night, I google recipes …

Yeah, I know it’s not a good idea to read recipes and admir those fancy food on the webpages when yourself are acutally starving …

But I just can’t help myself … I have such a urge to do so …

Mmm, actually I won’t say I hate cooking, I like doing some noval and creative trials from time to time, and expect how it’s going to turn out to be …

What I really hate here is forced to cook everyday like obeying some order to keep myself from straving to death … There is no fun at all when you are objectively or subjectively forced to do something … I’d rather not eat than cooking in this way …

Such a rebel …

Damn, far again … Yes, food today …

I went through my bookmark and found at least two recipes on the waiting list crying for my notice …

So, let’s rock the kitchen ~

The curry first, I followed the recipe strictly like doing chemical experiment ~

And after 2 hours, wow, there is my first dish prepared with beef ~ >w< I don’t know it’s eatable to others, it’s pretty eatable to me ~ =)

 (Oh Oh, update, according to zkw, it’s really applausible and a worth-celebrating progress >w< …)

Well, then cake, yeah, I made this cake only to consume the leftover bean dregs after making the soya …

And I didn’t realize it take that damn long to beat egg white into expanding(打发), it took me like half an hour to do so … Oh, my sore arm …

But it turns out really great … Soft and chewy at the same time, sweet and greasy at JUST a delicious-and-not-too-guilty degree …

Anyway, I’m overly flatted to find out that I actually CAN cook sometimes ~ Yeiks ~

Oh, I am so sleepy now, though I still have something about Big Bang Theroy to catch up with you …

But Mmm, maybe I can leave it off for tomorrow …

Mmm, thinking of turning one of the wall in my room into a bulletin board and pin all my cute pics and post cards on it … =v=

And call on my friends from all over the world to exchange post cards with me … Such a collect-holic I really am …

As I am free of work these days, I had a short party last evening with friends in Kungshamra 51 ~

After enjoying the traditional home-stay Swedish desert Kanelbullar (for which I did nothing), I was bored by the 3-hour movie and the not that enjoyable wine …

Actually I was in a bad mood somehow … Ah, gals, hormone rules ~

It felt a little bit uneasy by staying in an corridor other than mine … too lazy to talk even …

Mmm, maybe I’m one of those hopeless social-incompetent geeks too … =v=

And this afternoon, I paid a visit to Kista …

I didn’t intend to get anything there, just want to wander around …

Being indoory for such a long time, it’s good for me to have some afternoon excises and see how everything is going …

The temperute these days in Stockholm is approaching zero degree centigrade … However, it’s not stingy on the beautiful sunshine today …

Look at those golden leaves around Kista campus … Delightful …

PS. Missing the old days living in Kista … The room heater in Kista Gallerian is just soooooo powerful … what now … T-T
